This hotel is centrally located. Our triple room was spacious, and the breakfast selection was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the meals on the terrace overlooking Villa Bellini, a perfect spot for the whole group.
We ended up using the stairs often.

We loved sitting at the terrace during breakfast. The room was well decorated and having a balcony and a storage in it was handy. This was an excellent and incredible location near next to Bellini park for a nice stroll, and many good restaurants.

Loved the spacious triple room with a view of Mount Etna! Breakfast was pretty good, but I wished for more fresh fruit. The stairs were a pain with luggage though 😊

Soundproofing between rooms could be greatly improved!!! Rooms are small, leaving little space for comfort.

Everything was OK and even better than usually can be expected in such star rated hotels. The breakfast was rich, good and in a very pleasant location. The only negative point was the absence of elevator and therefore the necessity of lifting luggages to the floor by ourselves. But the exceptional kindness of the staff and high level of the services make you quickly forget about. Special thanks for the help in organizing our siteseeing trips to Mrs. Carla and Emilia

The staff was friendly and super helpful and spoke English & Spanish. For the price, the rooms were much nicer than I had expected. The rooms were fully renovated, including the bathrooms, and very clean. They also had functioning air conditioning, which is a plus in hot Catania. Good central location on Via Etnea near lots of shopping.

helpful staff
The room had a streetview with a balcony. The isolation of the balcon door was zero, so we could hear and feel every car, bus, scooter that went under our window. Non of us could sleep at all, and there were not spear room to change it.Totally unexpectable. We could not claim our money back since the nightporter did not speak any english.

For a quiet space, request a room away from the kitchen and dining areas, as noise can be intrusive during the night.

Paid parking was a bit expensive.

Wow, the fresh-baked scones were a good morning surprise! The location was spot on-just a stone's throw from Stesicoro Metro and easy access to must-see spots. And let's not forget the super clean room with a shared balcony for those postcard-perfect views!
Now, that balcony door? Plus, since it was off-season, the bar was closed, leaving me dreaming of Italian cocktails.
